Excellent restaurant, very pleasant staff, impeccable service

in a few words: a simple and warm welcome, tasty cuisine that you first devour with your eyes, and finally a very clean room and very good bedding. After a hearty breakfast, we regretfully ended this delicious break. If you like simplicity, conviviality and good cuisine, then you will like the Hostellerie des Corbières.

I’d like to share that the restaurant is very good. I liked the meals and great service. Very delicious. Eating here in front of exclusive view of fields and hills is perfect.

Excellent restaurant in every way

Taste, flavors on the plate. Impeccable visual. The divine waitress. And the magnificent setting, in the heart of the Corbières. Bravo to Chef Julien. 😋🥰

I didn't sleep there but it was a quiet hotel due to its location.

Very central location, where i had a pleasant room at the back, with a small patio. Restaraunt can be inside, or out with nice view. Food was excellent, although only a la carte. Breakfast also very reasonable, considering it is included in the room price, all served very promptly by the patron who speaks fluent English. There is a small garage for bikes also.
