Excellent cuisine from a great starred chef Extraordinary and impeccable staff attentive to magnificent panorama, magical place.

Having had several Michelin stars, we always come back to Pavie, the staff is always attentive, the cuisine exceptional. The dining room is very cocooning, you really feel privileged there.

We said we would come back and it was done. A feeling of déjà vu for the fish marrow and caramelized onions already on the menu last year at the same time. However, it was excellent and we will definitely come back next year.

Thank you thank you thank you MR ALLENO you have reconciled me with star tables because since a few experiences often disappointed by complexities of flavors, convoluted textures I had lost the taste for star tables But here it is, this evening, I experienced a wonderful journey in a quest for respect for the product combined with an intelligence of flavor, took me on a very beautiful taste journey and the memory of your beef mille-feuille amazed me , I believe that I will forever keep this sweetness, and these flavors for each bite Thanks also to Mr. and Mrs. Perse for this absolutely perfect Château PAVIE 2005 which accompanied us during this trip A big congratulations to the entire Château Pavie Hôtel team

This hotel is exceptional! Rooms are rustic decorated to perfection. Amazing ambiance and exactly what you look for when you come to stay in St Emilion. The concierge will help you arrange any activity and any wine tour you like according to your taste. A very unique experience is to go to Chateau Pavie, an unforgettable tour and wine tasting. You can ask for massages to be organized in the hotel spa

We've been traveling around Europe in major cities with nice hotels and Hotel De Pavie still awes us like no other. There is no location as prime as here - just beside the bell tower and walkable to anywhere in the petite village as they call St Emilion. Service is excellent with great table manners, and they also offer complimentary transport if you visit their sister chateau pavie - which by the way is also a top winery. Our room is spacious, bed/pillow are sufficiently hard, and the shower facilities are top. Maybe a minor negative is the lack of variety for their French breakfast (pastries) but otherwise a brilliant stay. The reception is also very helpful and you can book with them on anything (especially if you are planning to visit other wineries in the region). FYI they offer a flat rate (per trip) for taxis. All in all, it's been a magical time in St Emilion and Hotel De Pavie just made it that much sweeter. P/S - they have two wifi options here, and AFAIK they rebranded the hotel name from PLAISANCE to Hotel De Pavie a while back.
