Very good communication by phone and email. We chose a relaxation pack (room and massage at the spa) from the hotel. Very good experience with a very warm welcome and perfect massages. Parking in the interior courtyard, be careful, quite small so it fills up quickly. Room correct and clean. Hearty breakfast.

The rooms are well-kept.
The breakfast consists of a range of (not limited to) freshly made, delicious condiments (pate a tartiner & caramel beurre salé), pancakes, waffles and charcuterie. By far the best value breakfast I've had!

I am very disappointed with this establishment. Cleaning in the room, notably a trace on the door and carpet in the corridor, leaves something to be desired. The welcome, we had a misunderstanding, and if the person had been clearer, we would not have had that. Their point of taste is very generous breakfast and an excellent crème caramel which could appear in the restaurant's dessert. A very nice wine list but for us the meal did not live up to the place.

We had the good fortune to find this hotel and are sure glad we did. At this very nice little inn centrally located in Chablis, we received friendly and helpful service, a very comfortable room in an historic building, and were able to easily walk around the old town of Chablis. The hotel also has a fantastic in-house restaurant which served great food at reasonable prices.

J’ai passé une nuit en soirée étape dans cet établissement. L’accueil est chaleureux. La chambre est petite et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le repas du soir était bon. Les plats étaient bien présentés mais les assaisonnements et la cuisson manquaient de maîtrise. Le petit déjeuner était parfait.

Fantastisch gegeten en gedronken in dit restaurant. Een leuke tuin en binnen ruimte voldoende. Wel een beetje een oudbollige inrichting maar het eten was fantastisch. Niet een hele grote kaart maar het klopt prima. Ook de wijnkaart is een plaatje. Het lijkt wel een telefoonboek. Echt een aanrader en op zondag open.
