Delicious food in a typical Burgundian setting! The dishes could have used a touch more warmth, but the flavors were there... I highly recommend it!

We exited the motorway to visit Chablis and stumbled upon Kimm&Ridge. The menu is exceptional, the dishes are delicious, made with excellent ingredients and expertly prepared. I highly recommend it! The welcome and service are also excellent. Thank you!

Our experience was positive. Food and staff were really good, as was the atmosphere. Service a bit slow although I suspect they were caught out by the sudden hot weather which brought people out in droves. Really good wine by the glass. Booking is recommended. Nice outside seating. We will go again.

Great experience! The atmosphere and decor are fantastic, bright and cohesive. The room can be a little chilly! The food is beautiful, colorful, and delicious, which is the most important thing! Prices reflect the quality of the food and the setting.

The waitress at the bar didn't know what an Americano was, even though it's a very well-known cocktail. Otherwise, the atmosphere was excellent. The wisteria made for a superb setting.

27/05/2026: Always go here when in Chablis. Very good local cafe and bar, and so French. I love going here for my morning coffee and croissants, but equally have enjoyed lunch there. Recommended.

Le Bistrot des Grands Crus

09/06/2026: A superb experience at Bistrot des Grands Crus. The welcome and service were attentive and pleasant. There might have been a slight wait between courses, but we were so comfortable that it wasn't a problem. A lovely place with a very pleasant terrace. The atmosphere was classy without being ostentatious. The food was delicious and the portions were truly generous. The prices were very reasonable. Only the wines seemed a bit expensive. A highly recommended restaurant.
27/05/2026: Good experience this week. Everything was good. Quite a lot of people in there so glad we booked.
