Everything was absolutely perfect. The family room is very spacious with a lovely bathroom. The meals at the restaurant are delicious, and the waiter is absolutely delightful. Breakfast is very varied, featuring high-quality local products.

We had an excellent meal. We had the set menu, which is €29 plus drinks, which are extra. It was a three-course meal with dessert. 😋 The restaurant is to the left of the castle. We were worried we weren't in the right place because the GPS was sending us to a neighboring town, but it is indeed in Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, on a small hill. 😉

Lovely hotel right next to the castle. It's an old building, the floorboards creak, but that's part of its charm. Friendly staff. Excellent dinner menu. The breakfast buffet was only replenished occasionally. We were the first guests and had no problem, but the next guests had to ask for more of everything (bread, juice, etc.). No parking nearby. Very few parking spaces in the town, just three outdoor lots, which isn't very convenient with luggage.

We had a wonderful time at this inn. The staff were truly pleasant and professional, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal at the restaurant. If we're ever in the area again, we won't hesitate to return.

Hello, I'm going to talk about the restaurant. The food was very good, the daily menu looked tempting, with simple dishes and reasonable prices… I was worried when I arrived because there were two large tables, and the wait might have been long. But no, the service was very quick, courteous, and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I really appreciated seeing that the chef was a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF). It was just perfect, I highly recommend it.
