Authentic little restaurant in a beautiful small building, nice terrace for eating outside as well.
The crémant, the starter, and the meal were beautifully served with friendly, easy-going service.

The chef's suggestion (octopus with eggplant) was delicious!
The fireplace in the center of the room must be particularly cozy in winter. :) The service was very friendly and quite quick considering the number of customers.
One small drawback: we didn't find a red wine by the glass that we liked, but no doubt the extensive bottled wine list will appeal to many. :)

Charming place, lovely terrace...the desserts are very good, however the savory crepes have no taste...the cheese and mushrooms are bland, even the salad dressing has no flavor...a little more effort would be appreciated regarding the ingredients used...what a shame for such a lovely place...

Another great find! This unpretentious restaurant offers exceptional value for money 👍, and the waitresses are gracious. The guinea fowl supremes of the day, au gratin, are generous portions, and the ice cream with a crepe, all accompanied by a glass of Beaujolais St Amour, is a perfect touch, all for a reasonable price. It's delicious and piping hot! We also ordered a side of fries. The service is quick, the dining room is pleasant, and it's located right in the heart of Châteauneuf. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Burgundy. Please don't change a thing 🤩, it's fantastic!

A superb dining experience on the terrace in the pedestrian streets of the medieval village of Chateauneuf! The snails, the tomato and burrata salad, the galettes, the crêpes, the ice cream, and the Burgundy wine suggestion: everything was excellent! The ingredients were delicious and the seasonings perfectly balanced. We loved it! We recommend making a reservation!!
