Very tasteful decoration, a warm and friendly welcome. The service is top notch, with the aim of providing quality. We feel good there. Recommended for a night before going skiing in Areches. Haven't tried the table yet, but the breakfast was very serious!

Great visit to the Doron house. The night was as pleasant as the hearty and tasty dinner. Big up to the couple who runs this house with three little ones in their arms.

A short, rejuvenating and energizing stay! A modern establishment in decoration and management. The whole team is very welcoming and attentive, without braving authenticity and simplicity. The location is ideal in summer and winter. A good address to pass on! Thank you Maison Doron!

We come very regularly to Maison Doron to enjoy the cocktails that Hugo improvises for us and also for dinner. The card is simple and well made. We are very well received by William, his wife and the team with all simplicity and in a warm spirit and we always have a pleasant time. It’s part of our little ritual when we come to Beaufort. Would not change a thing !!

A first for us in Beaufort, we are delighted to have come across this cozy, welcoming place with impeccable cleanliness. Little extra for the bar and the bartender's cocktails 🌶️ We will come back !

3 night stay at this hotel. Very friendly welcome, very attentive. Very clean room tastefully decorated like the whole house (we also feel the ecological spirit with recycled furniture) Some downsides: the room, really small compared to the price, the lack of curtains because we had to close the curtains and turn on the light so as not to be overlooked. Lighting above the sink would also be welcome. Breakfast is made up of excellent products (local and organic) but a little expensive. For 15 euros, we should still be able to have all the products available at the end of the service. Being able to pay for part of your stay with holiday vouchers would be a plus.

Visiting the region as part of a sking trip with my wife we luckily selected this hotel, unfortunately though for dinner we had to eat next door, but the rooms were as good as many 4 star we have stayed in, the owners were welcoming and friendly, plenty of parking, breakfast was stunning, fresh farm eggs, home made preserves, quality hams and of course a variety of Beaufort cheeses.
