A magnificent, authentic place with a crackling fireplace and a splendid view of the lake. Excellent cuisine; the foie gras was truly delicious, and the duck breast cooked over embers was sublime. The service was absolutely top-notch; the waiters were very elegant and attentive. I highly recommend it.

A very pretty hotel with a castle-like atmosphere, featuring a large reception room with a fireplace 🔥, very clean upstairs rooms with lake views, friendly staff, and the owner is incredibly kind. I highly recommend it! 👍👍😉

A superb location by a lake, a perfect welcome, and the owner was so kind; he even offered me a Doliprane for my headache—and don't tell me that's nothing! 🤣🤣 You rarely see such a person... I recommend this place 1000%!

06/12/2025: While passing through the Gers region, friends recommended the restaurant L’échappée belle. The reviews I had read seemed contradictory, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The €42 set menu was very well executed, and the service was quite attentive. We shared foie gras, and I had the confit cod with endives and walnuts: everything was delicious. The desserts were simple but effective. The chef was very friendly and came to ask about his customers' impressions. This is rare enough to be worth mentioning. Well done! We highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!
