I stayed three nights in this magnificent hotel. With its northern charm, it's a perfect blend of red brick, the building's history, and modern amenities. The welcome was warm and friendly. The restaurant is beautiful, dominated by a stunning fireplace. The meals are generous. A wonderful discovery! Pets are welcome, so I wanted to thank you again for thinking of those who don't travel without their pets. All the best!

Review of the restaurant. Arrived at 8:30 PM, left at 12:30 AM for a starter/main course/dessert ordered a few days earlier. The wait was far too long, and the service was inconsistent. We don't plan to return!
