A wonderful discovery with a very good meal made with good products on a beautiful shaded terrace under the plane trees in the summer....the interior room with the fireplace must be just as lovely in the winter.

We had eaten at this restaurant several times.
On August 31, 2026, we went there for my wife's birthday.
The meals served outside, near the road, are unpleasant (constant passing cars and motorcycles).
Conversations were difficult.
The food was adequate, nothing more.
Without going overboard, appetizers, set menus, and a coffee came to €122.00.
Not even a small gesture for my wife's birthday.

The dishes were truly delicious and generous, from appetizer to dessert, no complaints whatsoever. The service was also excellent. I deducted one star for the price of drinks => the Spritz at €11 served in a glass barely a third full and the "homemade" sparkling water at €5 is outrageous!!... Are we in St-Tropez or St-Zach?

Le Moulin de la Sambuc is truly one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. Everything is meticulously homemade, from the bread and desserts to the charcuterie, and it shows in the dishes, which are absolutely delicious! There's a wonderful, family atmosphere. If you love good food, I highly recommend it! 😍

We didn't stay overnight, but as for the restaurant, its location, nestled among the trees, is very pleasant and relaxing. The homemade cuisine is both refined and generous. The staff is lovely and attentive. We highly recommend this place and will gladly return!
