Sorry, I can't comment on the rooms as I wasn't there; I only came for the restaurant and the pool. The welcome was very good, pleasant, and attentive to customers.

The team was professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. Everyone took excellent care of us and our guests. The food was excellent, refined, and generous. We received nothing but compliments from our guests! A huge thank you to the entire team for helping to make this day so beautiful and unforgettable. You can go there without hesitation; you won't be disappointed! We recommend L’Oasis du Petit Galibier 100%.

Great find! Good restaurant with excellent food, superb setting, and pool access is a nice bonus. The staff were quite friendly but not very smiley, which is a shame. 😁

I am writing to you because I dined at your establishment and I wanted to give you honest feedback. While the food was once again very good, the dining experience today was very disappointing. The wait was constant and excessive (the first bottle of water wasn't served until 1:25 pm for guests who arrived at 12:45 pm), and we were disappointed by a general lack of friendliness and attentiveness. Even more disappointing was the frosty reception at the Provençal buffet when my guests asked a question. Having children who also run a restaurant, and who were present that day, I know what the work involved in a kitchen entails, and I left a tip accordingly, but the service and welcome were not up to your usual standard. I hope to see a return to a friendly and efficient atmosphere on my next visit. Sincerely.
