What a lovely, pleasant stay! Pleasure to Discover or rather revisit Brantôme on foot from the hotel. The bosses are very present, friendly and attentive. THANKS.

Very pleasant half-board stay. Very warm welcome. The managers and their team provide impeccable service. Ideal location for day trips, and central in the town of Brantôme. The breakfasts (hearty) and the hearty meals too (quality local specialties), are served, among other things, by the managers with professionalism and a touch of very appreciable humor. Room/bathroom well equipped and very clean. Book with your eyes closed!

Civilised restaurant which is part of a Logis hotel and was, unexpectedly, quite a find. The large contemporary dining room is very comfortable and there is more than ample space between the tables. The place runs like clockwork and is ably administered by two competent and highly professional members of staff. There's a very appealing menu with a good range of choices across the board, and a wide ranging wine list with plenty of half-bottle options. I was very taken by my main course of duck and apple slices covered in a sheet of filo pastry and enhanced by a tangy jus. Mrs EPR was equally enamoured by her plate of honey-tinged lamb medallions. Desserts were just as good, especially if you like chocolate. I couldn't fault my trio of piped chocolate whirls, and Mrs EPR was equally enthused by her chocolate mousse sandwiched between two meringues; both very creative. Quite an impressive meal all round, even more so when we saw the most reasonable bill. Note the capacious car park not far away on the road leading out of the town. This place would definitely be our list of places to revisit next time we're in Brantome

We ordered wine: Bourgueuil. After uncorking it, the waitress didn't even let us taste it, she placed the bottle on the table and it was up to us to pour ourselves the first glass. Result: the wine was corked. We made it known but we were told “no”, no one listened to us. In addition, they prefer to prioritize the hotel's customers rather than putting us all in the same boat. That said, the meal was good but the service was lousy

Privilege more the residents of the establishment than the passage for a dinner, excellent cuisine, average service, not very attentive to the customer.

Very well located on Brantome close to all visits. And very good quality restaurant. I highly recommend.

Nice welcome on arrival, escorted to our rooms which were two rooms on one floor, so nice and private. Staff were very approachable and friendly. Location was easy walking distance from a lovely town with many riverside shops and eateries.

Nous avons dîné dans ce restaurant plusieurs fois. Très bon accueil. Salle très agréable et tables espacées et bien disposées. Menu d'un bon rapport qualité prix, avec supplément pour des spécialités régionales. J'ai un peu moins apprécié les desserts. Le plat m'a été servi un peu tiède. Mais c'est une bonne adresse et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.
