Hotel Crystal Restaurant sur Erstein

Great hotel Very clean room, well appointed. Super and very good breakfast with hot bread, pastries for everyone. Dirty and sweet breakfast. Good restaurant Small downside on the bar which closes early and a shame when there are many of us.

We discovered this hotel by chance with my partner. Very nice discovery! You can go there with your eyes closed. Good value for money Very friendly welcome and staff Good bedding, spacious and clean room! Special mention also for the restaurant. The breakfast is varied and of good quality and the daily special is also good.

Small problem for a breakfast at €18, it happens that at 8:30 a.m. there are no more pastries

Spacious room, good bedding, impeccable cleanliness... Excellent welcome. The restaurant was closed due to holidays, but I was able to have a meal delivered and eat on the terrace, the hotel provided me with cutlery and we collected the waste. I will come back and hope to enjoy the catering next time.

We stayed three nights July 18-21, 2024. The rooms were clean and comfortable; the comfortable and spacious bathroom. The negative note to report is the restaurant service: extremely slow service, repetitive menu and each course was served at least half an hour after the previous one.

Very decent hotel. Clean and quiet room and bathroom. Breakfast buffet a little small.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days. The rooms were clean and the bathroom looks recently renovated. The staff was friendly and breakfast was more than fine. Not too much choice, but enough to not get bored of after a few days. Location was great for our goal: visiting Europapark. You do need a car for this though. The hotel is a bit outside of Erstein, but the city center is walkable (~30 minutes). Given the price we paid (~50 euro per person, per night) it was more than worth it.
