A young family has taken over this run-down, dilapidated place in need of renovation, and you can see progress every time you visit. They should be supported, especially since the staff are incredibly helpful. They just can't turn everything upside down at once. Besides, we're in rural France here. For that, it's perfect. Trying to apply German standards is nonsense.
