Shared, we arrived late (11 p.m.) after being notified at 7 p.m. of our delay. Very unpleasant welcome, we were told the number of our room which was open with the keys left inside. No explanations on how the hotel operates or the schedules. Our 1 year old baby woke up for his bottle at 5:30 a.m. so I had to go downstairs without finding anyone and without being able to heat his bottle. The next day the team was very pleasant.

Always the right Gastro de Mende address, original cuisine, constantly evolving, top quality, very friendly welcome and service, neat surroundings.

Excellent welcome. Careful service, gourmet menu at €45. I was very satisfied with the boss's advice regarding the choice of wines. Very reasonable prices considering the quality of the catering. Excellent address in Mende, I will come back with great pleasure!

Dopo il lungo ed estenuante viaggio da Gap attraverso il sevaggio territorio del centro-sud francese, abbiamo trovato questo bell'albergo sulla strada centrale. Ci siamo sistemati, col cagnolino, nell'edificio antistante (la "Grande Maison") in un'ampia camera un po' rustica ma accogliente col grande bagno dalla vasca con baldacchino (!), vista sui tetti e il bel campanile della cattedrale. La cena nel ristorante è stata favolosa! Ottimi piatti ben curati e ricercati, con rapporto qualità-prezzo buono. Un complimento al cameriere, in cucina allo chef e coll.i, e al personale tutto. La piccola colazione assai soddisfacente con prodotto buoni e validi. Un ringraziamento per l'abbuono del posto auto che avevamo pensato gratuito. Un'ottima esperienza, indimenticabile.

Merveille. Une merveille cet établissement. Invité par des amis pour le diner, repas exquis le service au double top. Merci nous avons passer un très bon moment, des plats raffiné, présentation parfaite.
