Review of the restaurant, as I only dined there. The atmosphere is warm and elegant, with a magnificent glass roof. The dishes are beautiful and delicious. They showcase French culinary expertise with local flavors. The portions are just right for enjoying a full meal. I highly recommend this lovely establishment.

A very comfortable hotel, perfectly renovated; the "comfort" rooms are very spacious, the bedding excellent, and the peace and quiet absolute. The veranda is very pleasant for dining; the cuisine is refined, with tasty and elegantly presented dishes. An excellent place to stay.

The hotel rooms are comfortable, the setting is lovely, and the staff is attentive. The restaurant is excellent from start to finish, and for a reasonable price on an overnight stay: bravo! 👏🏼

22/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Mende. The service was top-notch and attentive. The food was excellent. I highly recommend it. Book in advance, otherwise you won't get a table. We managed to get the last four. Luckily! Well done to them and thank you again for your hospitality.
