We simply went for lunch. I wasn't a fan of the salmon with lukewarm sauce (that's just my opinion), but the rest of the dishes were perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The only downside is that breakfast is not replenished as needed, the rooms are pleasant, the location is nice, real orange juice at breakfast, with real coffee.

We had lunch there as a group of three on Sunday. The €49 set menu was excellent, with a varied selection. The sweetbreads, rarely offered in restaurants, were particularly noteworthy, being both generous and delicious. The service was pleasant. We will definitely return.
