Hotel de France Restaurant sur Loches

We spent three nights at the Hôtel de France in Loches from July 23rd to 26th, 2026, and were very satisfied with our stay. The welcome, comfort, and tranquility were excellent. The breakfasts were of high quality.

We were incredibly lucky to have the entire venue for our civil wedding. The weather was perfect, allowing us to fully enjoy the charming courtyard. Sylvie and Stéphane, the owners, were incredibly attentive, the meal was delicious, and the strawberry dessert was simply divine... Thank you for your warm welcome and kindness. See you soon!

This hotel is wonderful, right in the heart of the beautiful town of Loches, close to the market, the upper town, and the cafes. It's a slightly old-fashioned hotel, where the owners welcome you with a delicate and delightful touch, with genuine warmth. Exactly the kind of place I love, far from the chain hotels where everything is "polished." It's the ideal spot, with its peaceful courtyard, to relax and unwind. And the meals are delicious. I'll be back! What utter charm!

Superb, unique hotel with its own distinct character. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
