The Angus flank steak was inedible. After having my plate replaced, the new piece was just as full of gristle, impossible to cut. The place itself was nice. It's a shame, the location was lovely...

The dishes are beautifully presented and simply fabulous. Everything is homemade. The welcome is warm and the service is impeccable, always with a smile. The setting is equally exceptional. Thank you to the young owners for such a wonderful meal.

A superb experience at the Presbytery restaurant! The cuisine is refined and delicious. The dishes are visually stunning and generously portioned. I highly recommend it. The waitress is very pleasant and dedicated, ensuring everything runs smoothly (we were a party of 12, including 6 children). In addition, the setting is magnificent! Thank you to Chef Nicolas for this delicious meal.

Under new ownership recently. A very good restaurant where we enjoyed a fresh and refined set menu with an extraordinary panoramic view of the valley. The terrace is perfectly shaded. The place feels timeless, with a view of the St. Ours Collegiate Church. An ideal location between the medieval fortress and the royal residence of Loches. Affordable children's menu. I recommend it, but be sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

A family getaway (10 people) to Loches for our parents' 45th wedding anniversary led us to celebrate at this intimate restaurant nestled in the historic town, boasting an incredible view and location. On Saturday, May 9, 2026, the weather was magnificent, and we enjoyed lunch on the lovely terrace! The service was impeccable, as was the welcome; thank you again for the thoughtful touch with dessert. The meal was delicious, and we will long remember the shallot sauce – a true delight! Congratulations to the new owners who have transformed this charming establishment into a place we will cherish and highly recommend. We wish you all the best for the future! The Deniaud Family

10/05/2026: My husband and I stopped here on our honeymoon. We were happy to find such a pleasant little spot to have a glass of wine. The owners are so lovely and kind, and gave great wine suggestions. It's a warm and friendly place to stop, and we hope to return soon :)

23/03/2026: I discovered this place while picking up some packages that had been delivered there. The owner is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. He does everything he can to satisfy his customers. For example, I absolutely had to pick up a package because the deadline was approaching. I called him to explain that it was completely impossible for me to come on the scheduled day due to a last-minute conflict. He very kindly told me not to worry and that he would keep my package. I bought some cigarettes from him, and since I didn't have a lighter, he kindly gave me one 🎉 And I also wanted to mention the opening hours: Unless I'm mistaken, it's open from: - 5:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and from 5:30 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday 💪! How many businesses have such opening hours these days?! Plus, their coffee is excellent. I truly recommend this establishment for all these reasons 👍 Don't be fooled by the café's small size, because inside you'll be greeted by a gentleman with a strong work ethic and a smile 😁 As they say, "don't judge a book by its cover," and you'll be supporting a truly local business. Well done and best of luck!
