Hotel de la Gare sur Bellac

DECEMBER 2025: Stopped for a break on the road. I simply enjoyed an excellent Americano coffee, a large pot of hot water, and a pastry. BRAVO! Here, newspapers are available for customers in the bar. WELCOME: Warm. ATMOGRAPHY: You immediately feel at ease here. It's even hard to get moving to get back on the road.

The staff and clientele were very pleasant, the place was simple but very clean, as was the room! Ideal for a business trip, thank you for this warm, family welcome that I loved.

Nice old-fashioned bar, very clean, quiet, with tobacco and newspapers. I don't know the hotel.

Haven’t stayed here but regular for a coffee or a drink it’s a very friendly local hotel/bar and tabac shop. Staff are always friendly and helpful

Looking for an afternoon coffee on a long drive north slipped in Bellac and found this super Tabac / Hotel with room to park our Motorhome in the cup-d-sac. Nice coffee au lait at 1.40 euros - so good we had two ! Friendly waitress. Clean toilets. Just what I needed with another 100 miles to go today. Thank you xxx
