A brasserie-style restaurant with quality cuisine; we ordered four different dishes, all very good and served hot at the same time. The welcome was friendly, and the service was relatively quick. Prices were very reasonable considering the quality. Dogs are welcome. I recommend it and we will return.

The fish dish with its squash purée was delicious, the servers were very pleasant. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the "gourmet coffee" wasn't up to par. I was expecting at least one small Basque cake, given that it's from the region, but I got two vanilla cream cakes... A pastéis de nata that wasn't crispy... A ersatz baba drenched in syrup... And a canelé that wasn't crispy at all on the outside and wasn't very good either. I spoke to the owner, who wasn't angry and listened to my comments; I really appreciated her open-minded attitude. 👍

We've been coming to Café de la Paix for the past six years during our holidays in Saint Jean, and it's been a flawless experience. The food is excellent, and the staff are top-notch, both friendly and efficient! Whether you're just stopping by for a refreshing drink or a meal, smiles are always present, which is so welcome these days 😄👍. Thank you, team!
