After the Euskal Trail, I needed to EAT, and this place perfectly satisfied that need. We had a wait of about 30 minutes, which is very reasonable for a group of 9 people who hadn't made a reservation. I recommend the XXL burger and the chocolate fondant, which are delicious! 🍔🍫 As for the staff, we were greeted by a VERY FRIENDLY waiter, while our server and the cashier were EXTREMELY rude. Furthermore, the place is very well located, with a very cute atmosphere. 🌄 In conclusion, I recommend it! ✅

Delicious and beautifully presented food. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is also beautifully and tastefully decorated. Pilgrims are welcome.

PIZZA ONA

02/03/2026: This small pizza shop is one of the few things you will find open in this area this time of year on a Sunday evening. Pretty much takeaway for us - pretty small inside. The shop focused on pizza - they have several styles from the local basque, traditional and then pizzas from around the world. They have a number of wines, soft drinks, and even a local cider in their cooler. We were unsure of French pizza BUT - fresh ingredients and a great deal of love make for great pizza, and that's what you find here. The lady running the shop is multilingual, quite the charmer, and she makes a good pizza too! We went with a local basque flavor to try some of that famous ham - good call. Would do again - definitely recommend.
01/03/2026: The owner was incredibly friendly to me, since I didn't speak French. She recommended a fantastic pizza.

29/10/2025: When you get back from the coast, whatever the time or day, the Souraïde vending machine is a godsend. Eight pizzas to choose from, ready in 4 minutes 30 seconds. My partner and I opted for the "Pappy-Jo" and we weren't disappointed. The thin crust wasn't burnt and was even crispy, though not too much for our taste. Just a few toppings were "burnt" from contact with the aluminum tray. When I say "a few," I mean two or three bits of bacon, so it's not the end of the world. We'll gladly try the others when we're back.
