Hotel de la poste sur Chablis

As regulars, since we stop here every time we're in Chablis to enjoy the famous oeufs meurette (which we highly recommend), we stayed here for the first time and we weren't disappointed! The room was recently renovated with a superb shower room and toilet, and it even had air conditioning! See you next year!

This was our second lunch at your establishment, and we will be delighted to return next year during our stay in Chablis. Everything was perfect, and the staff is extremely professional and pleasant. Your eggs meurette were once again a delight...and thank you for the complimentary meringue...even though only one of us ordered a coffee. A very thoughtful touch from the lady who served us. Absolutely fantastic throughout the restaurant, nothing to complain about, I'll be back as soon as I can. Even the waitresses and the owner were incredibly welcoming and impeccable, nothing to complain about.

I didn't sleep there, I just had lunch on the way, and I ate well. I was quick, because being with a group, time was limited.

A team led by the very friendly Nico. The menus are generous and delicious. If you want to buy Chablis, don't do it in town; Nico will give you some great recommendations. In short, a place worth discovering.
