We had a wonderful evening at Le Fil du Zinc.
The restaurant is very pleasant, with a magnificent view, and perfect for a romantic dinner.
The dishes are sophisticated and very flavorful, and the presentation is exquisite. You can tell it's a fine establishment that takes care of its customers.
The wine list is impressive but perhaps a little pricey.
The service is impeccable: efficient, attentive, and very friendly.

Making a reservation at Au Fil du Zinc was simple and straightforward, and the team was easy to work with throughout the process.
The family thoroughly enjoyed their lunch and had a wonderful experience. The food, service, and atmosphere made for a memorable afternoon in Chablis.

A pleasant experience. The dishes are creative and well-executed (except for a bone in my pollack), but the portions could be more generous, especially for the starter (white asparagus and trout, see photo). Therefore, I find the price rather excessive for a restaurant without a Michelin star (the price is equivalent to a Michelin-starred restaurant). The staff is friendly, but the service is slow (a long wait between the starter and the main course). The description of the desserts didn't appeal to us, so we skipped them.

A very good restaurant with a gourmet feel.
The dishes are excellent, although the prices are rather high. But no regrets.
However, the service is a bit too slow at times and rushed at others (removing an unfinished plate is a minor oversight).
The wine selection was very well recommended, well done and thank you.

A beautiful place with refined decor.
The small, sunny terrace is perfect for an aperitif.
The servers are friendly, patient, and very attentive.
The wines are excellent.
The place is peaceful both inside and out; we had a very pleasant time.
As for the menu, with its perfectly sourced and wonderfully prepared ingredients, we were more than impressed.
Thank you to the chef and his entire team; we enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end—not a single flaw.
