Good morning, Excellent welcome and service, fast, efficient, and very classy, ​​the waiters are very elegant. (Impeccable white shirt, bow tie, apron nicely decorated with a fish) As for the dishes, before tasting there is the pleasure for the eyes, the dishes are paintings decorated with edible flowers which give a subtle and colorful touch to the plates. The discreet but available servers know how to present and talk about the dishes, their gestures to serving our plates are precise, flexible and harmonious. The same goes for the wine service, which moreover is excellent, the advice of the waiters for the choice of wines is precious, the value for money is not negligible. The desserts are like the dishes, they end the meal pleasantly in a soothing setting, near the bay window we could admire the port in a friendly and upscale atmosphere. I recommend.

We still have so much fun. It's been a while since we ate seafood at the restaurant at the Hôtel de la Tour. Very fresh Giol de Tamaris oysters are simply sumptuous like all the shellfish selected by the shucker. Prices are commensurate with quality. €38 per platter with oysters, mussels, clams, whelks, clams, shrimp, roosters and ½ super fresh crab. The setting is pleasant on the port with its peaks. The team is very professional and friendly.
