Another exceptional meal at the Abbey Hotel restaurant. I come several times a year now, and it's always outstanding. This time, it was a set menu, and while I didn't get to choose the dishes, I thoroughly enjoyed myself from beginning to end. The service was impeccable, as always, and Chef Francis Piot always came to check on the table to make sure everything was alright—true professionalism.

The restaurant is divine. The service is impeccable and the staff are incredibly kind. I've been there twice: last year during my tour of France in support of the French firefighters, and this afternoon during a tour of Alsace, Lyon, and Dijon. Always a very warm welcome. Many thanks. A truly wonderful discovery. Go without hesitation, you won't be disappointed. The welcome was fantastic, a professional, warm, and friendly team. Thank you all for your hospitality during our stay (the Strasbourg ladies 😊). The spa is very well laid out and fully equipped with a jacuzzi and hammam (the pool water could perhaps be 1 or 2 degrees warmer, but that's a minor detail). The outdoor sauna overlooking the lake is superb 👍. We had massages with Anne, which I highly recommend. They were truly wonderful massages, the kind we hadn't experienced in a long time. Thank you, Anne, for this relaxing experience 🙏. We were on half-board, and again, everything was excellent. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of high-quality products, and the evenings were equally impressive, with dishes worthy of a top restaurant. Thank you to the chef; he delighted us every evening. Regarding the room, we had room 105, the family suite, and it was just as lovely: a very beautiful, spacious room with a TV in each room, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. And finally, the location, facing the lake, is magical—a truly beautiful, calm, and peaceful place. We will definitely be back to eat the frogs! 😊 Best wishes.

A very nice hotel. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony and a lake view. It makes you want to come back!

A very warm welcome and what a pleasure to rediscover truly high-end cuisine; entirely homemade and expertly prepared by a passionate chef. Real stocks (no powders); real sauces (no powders); real preparations (no powders); real flavor like "in the old days"; real textures; top-quality raw ingredients! Bravo and respect, because cuisine like yours is becoming increasingly rare in the Jura region and beyond. An idyllic setting and very classy decor! All that's missing is the return of the aquarium and the newspaper posters 😉

The pros: Excellent location, nice room, pleasant pool. The cons: Very slow service in the restaurant, lukewarm hammam.
