This restaurant was recommended to us, but we were somewhat disappointed as we expected better. Regarding the food, the morel mushroom tart was actually a rather bland puff pastry in a forest mushroom sauce, with a few tiny, tasteless morels and other mushrooms. We all ordered the "perch fillets meunière," which came without any butter sauce on the plate. And at the end of the meal, there was no more chocolate or vanilla ice cream, so the dessert choices were limited, especially for a €50 menu. The service was impeccable, with a warm welcome, but there was a long wait between courses.

What can I say? A superb place!
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by two very attentive waitresses. The welcome was top-notch, and despite the crowds, the service remained smooth and efficient.
As for the food, I must admit we were won over. The ingredients were impeccably fresh, and the cooking was perfectly executed. I rarely choose a restaurant sight unseen, but this time, I stumbled upon a real gem.
The dining room is well laid out, and the shaded terrace is very pleasant. And the fried trout was simply the best I've ever eaten!
We even wanted to come back in the evening, but it was already late, and the restaurant was closed. A shame… but that's also part of the charm of the Jura region!
Well done to the whole team for this wonderful experience. The menus are very affordable, and the value for money is excellent. I absolutely loved this experience and I will gladly return on my next visit to this beautiful region. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful meal! The fish was delicious, and thank you for the ice cream to go for our son who was full after his fries and chicken in cream sauce. A big thank you to the waitresses: smiling, attentive, and professional. Quick and efficient service. We highly recommend it.

A wonderful discovery and a very good restaurant. We went on a Monday at lunchtime (not very busy). The food was good and generous with morels. The trout was also very well prepared. The waitress was very friendly and pleasant. The decor is tasteful (and the restrooms are clean).
It's worth noting that the setting is very pleasant, near the abbey lake and its church, and the restaurant is next to a parking lot, making it easily accessible. Don't hesitate to go!
