We were there yesterday, we didn't have a reservation, we were lucky and there was a room. They didn't give us any problems. The treatment of all the workers was unbeatable, very friendly and attentive. As for the hotel, it needs renovation, but everything is clean.

Popped in for a coffee. Friendly gentleman who was very interesting. Nice atmosphere in this place. Would consider staying here if I return to Luchon.

Weekend spent as a couple. Very well received. The restaurant hmmm the meat to die for excellent. I'm not even talking about gourmet coffee. We had a great time and there was also a flower festival this weekend. Top-notch.

We had an excellent stay from August 3 to 8, 2023. The staff is very competent and attentive, always responding to requests with kindness and dynamism. Un hôtel qui mériterait amplement une étoile de plus! Personnel au petit soin, service du restaurant impeccable, et la cuisine est excellente! Chambres propres, manque juste d’une ou deux prises de plus😅 et la décoration des couloirs menant aux chambres pourraient être à peine plus chaleureuse mais en dehors de ça, nous avons été plus que satisfait de notre nuit chez vous.

Probably the best dinner experience I’ve had in France. This is a classic hotel. The rooms are dated but the staff are fantastic . The formal classic evening meal is by far the best thing this hotel has to offer. The menu is very good value at 40e .
