05/10/2026: Chez Thao is our favorite restaurant in Luchon. We never miss a visit during our stays. Thao is a ray of sunshine, and his cuisine transports you to Vietnam through perfectly prepared dishes. Thank you, Thao, for these delicious meals made with passion, and well done!

04/10/2026: Authentic Vietnamese flavors, especially Hue. The spring rolls are very delicious; I think they're all homemade. I ordered a Hue bo bun soup, which combines a delicious aroma of pork, lemongrass, and a subtle hint of spices. Having a bowl of it in late autumn is very comforting. Although it looks like an appetizer, the portion is large enough to serve as a main course. As an Asian, I can attest that the flavors here are excellent.

08/09/2026: A very pleasant surprise, the meal was delicious and beautifully presented. €20 for a starter, main course, and dessert: a September lunchtime. The terrace is by the road, but it's not a problem as there's very little traffic. Parking is easy right next to the restaurant.

23/08/2026: The food was well-prepared but the portions were small; the service was perfect!

10/09/2026: Came across this restaurant/bistro walking around on our first night in luchon...exceptional!! Service friendly and ambience very agreeable...they serve the menu de jour in the evening which is what we chose...2 courses for €19 was a no brainer for us...the food is different to what i am used to in the dordogne region and it surpassed my expectations without a doubt...i had the fish (it was eitger fish or pork) which turned out to be sturgeon...a tough eat...had to ask for it to be cooked a bit more...no problem at all...and i ate the lot with gusto..wonderful aromatic sauce and dribblings with bread to mop up the amazing flavours...tiramisu was beyond my expectations...cinnamon in there somewhere...was hard to figure what or where, but by god it was the best ive experienced anywhere, ill be honest! Friendly, affable and very efficient service...i will for sure be back again and again here...higly recommended...imho...

20/08/2026: Very nice place, very good food. We had the lamb chops and the entrecôte and both were amazing and cooked perfectly.

22/08/2026: Excellent pizzas, a beautiful crust, and generous toppings. Don't forget to book in advance if you want to enjoy them.

18/08/2026: I had a good dinner and received good service.

27/09/2026: An overly familiar waitress who made inappropriate remarks. We arrived for dinner to find the chairs covered in crumbs from the lunch service, or who knows when (September 25, 2026). And to answer the restaurant owner, yes, this is the right restaurant; we know where we're booking! Too few choices on the menu and overpriced for what's offered. In short, avoid at all costs. We left without eating.

26/09/2026: What a treat! We enjoyed a generous meat fondue. The cuts of meat were excellent, the sauces delicious, the fries crispy, and the sangria outstanding. The ice cream scoops and the squirrel crepe were magnificent. Many thanks to Marjorie and the whole team for the wonderful welcome and the excellent memories we have of it 😊

07/09/2026: A great little restaurant in the city center. We had a wonderful time. The service is excellent, friendly, and always with smiles. Very pleasant. The pizzas are delicious. Well done to the chef!

30/08/2026: Today, Sunday 30/08, at 9pm it is closed.

25/07/2026: Excellent restaurant with beautifully presented dishes. Good value for money. We've eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. A nice bonus: they accept ANCV holiday vouchers.

22/07/2026: I ordered entrecote, which came with potatoes, and it was delicious. I added Roquefort sauce, which was served separately in a small saucepan. Highly recommended.

05/04/2026: It's a really good place to stop. The friendliness, the rooms, the place is very very good. Thanks for everything and I'm sure if we come back we know where to come.

16/03/2026: A lovely hotel. The staff are attentive and very helpful. The restaurant is family-run and good. The breakfast is very generous.
