03/05/2026: We were a group of 10 people, the restaurant was completely empty, and we had nothing but problems. When we were trying to decide what to do, the waitress just said goodbye and left us mid-sentence. The waiters there were very rude.
06/04/2026: I arrived with my partner and we were refused entry, told we were full. I could see that the empty tables didn't have "reserved" signs, so five minutes later I called to reserve a table, and miraculously, there was space. I have no idea why we were refused entry; we are clean, well-groomed, polite, friendly, mixed-race, and young. Putting this unfortunate situation aside, the meal was excellent, with something for everyone and good value for money. The service was ultimately top-notch.

16/03/2026: A lovely hotel. The staff are attentive and very helpful. The restaurant is family-run and good. The breakfast is very generous.
05/03/2026: We spent three nights at this family-run hotel. For a two-star hotel, it's perfect: a renovated, quiet room with comfortable bedding and a lovely bathroom (we were in the building overlooking the garden). The hotel is very well located on a quiet street, yet just steps from the town center, the cable cars, and the thermal baths. Breakfast and dinner are generous. A great find at an excellent price. The welcome was very friendly; we highly recommend it and will gladly return.

Review of a meal eaten in August, as the hotel is closed in winter.
A very pleasant surprise.
Impeccable service.
Quality menus and dishes, a welcome change from the other restaurants in town, which too often resemble fast food.
Thank you for this wonderful experience.
13/09/2025: Frankly, I'm surprised by all these negative reviews. A budget hotel with character, comfortable and spacious rooms, super friendly staff, from the reception to the waiters and waitresses (special mention to Mégane).
A real chef, true service worthy of a French hotel, all at a very affordable price, especially for local and homemade products.
In short, I loved it.

This pizzeria is still closed. You could, for example, have an answering machine message announcing days when it's closed.
25/02/2026: Having ordered a ham, goat cheese, and honey panini and a tray of fries (not a cone), the fries were unsalted and without sauce, which I find very expensive. The price is ridiculously high.

20/04/2026: Honestly, a very pleasant surprise. We ate extremely well; the dishes were delicious and generously presented. There was a good selection, and everything was high quality. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a nice touch. A perfect place to relax in Luchon. I highly recommend it!

09/05/2026: We were extremely disappointed. We sat down to eat sugar and chestnut crepes, supposedly homemade, but they weren't fresh at all. I'd even say they were disgusting—dry, the chestnut cream was practically nonexistent, and as for the sugar crepes, they were just sprinkled with a little powdered sugar. To me, they were just the kind of crepes you get in a packet to reheat. Absolutely avoid this place! 🤮👎👎
09/05/2026: The atmosphere was bad, but the main problem was the rudeness of a waitress, a blonde woman who was disrespectful to the customers, even resorting to insults. Unfortunately for her, the customers heard. As for the rest of the staff, they were very good, although there weren't many of them in the dining room.
So I'll go back and see how it goes this time.

One small negative point: the waitress talked a bit too much about her life, but she was still very friendly.
07/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at GG! The waitress was lovely and everything was done to make us feel comfortable with our three children :) We highly recommend it!

We got sick after eating there.
1. Unpleasant welcome
2. The food was extremely spicy and inedible
3. Extremely expensive
4. If you want to lose weight, this is the perfect place because you'll eat next to nothing, and what little you do eat will make you sick—guaranteed traveler's diarrhea!
My advice: avoid this place...
14/03/2026: The food was very good, but the service was very unpleasant. We felt like we were bothering them when we arrived, but also when we ordered and when we paid... We even got a sigh when we asked to split the bill!

07/04/2026: I was on vacation and bought a birthday cake and two loaves of bread to make sandwiches. The cake was amazing 🙌 and the bread... I don't know if it was the route we took or the bread itself, haha, but they turned out to be some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Thanks!
25/03/2026: Visited on March 25, 2026, treated like dirt, all because I was on the phone. If you want to be disrespected, this is the best place in Luchon.
