Excellent experience. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and impeccably clean. It was completely quiet. The toilet was separate from the bathroom.
The breakfasts were excellent, featuring high-quality products at an exceptional price.
I recommend this establishment 200%!

No tissues in the room.
The hot water is scalding hot and then only lukewarm.
No heating in the bathroom.
A bit noisy at times when people are in the hallways.
Noisy upstairs when someone walks by; it creaks.
The bed is comfortable.
The parking is convenient, but it's a shame it's not free.

Passing through St. Gaudens for the night.
Our stay at your establishment was generally acceptable, but some points require particular attention, especially considering its 3-star rating.
Positive Points:
The rooms are very decent and comfortable. They perfectly fulfilled their purpose for a good night's rest.
Points for Improvement:
We were a little disappointed by the reception. Although professional, we found it somewhat cold and lacking in warmth. A bit more friendliness upon arrival and departure would be greatly appreciated and would significantly improve the guest experience.
The most significant area for improvement concerns the restaurant. Despite a promising menu, the service unfortunately made too many mistakes (slow service, forgotten items in the order, confusion with the dishes, etc.). These repeated minor shortcomings fall short of the standards expected of an establishment in this category. The quality of the food was nonetheless excellent, with a chef who clearly knows his craft.
In short, the hotel is solid in terms of accommodation, but the overall experience could be improved with more attentive and better-coordinated service, both at reception and in the restaurant. We hope this feedback will help you improve, as the potential is there.
