We needed a gourmet break, a chance to relax and indulge, and stopping at La Pyrène was an excellent choice. We savored sweetbreads with morel sauce and duck breast with foie gras and peach – wow, superb! A delight! Bravo to the whole team, keep up the wonderful service in your restaurant, which is as pleasant as it is welcoming. We'll be back as soon as we can. Looking forward to it!

By far the best restaurant in Saint-Gaudens. Very pleasant setting, friendly welcome, exceptional cuisine. I've been going to this restaurant every week for 10 years and I've never been disappointed. It's a sure thing.

The waitresses were very friendly and professional, the owner is great and attentive to his customers, the food is impeccable, the quality is evident in both the dishes and the service, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I recommend it 100%.

A great restaurant in Saint Gaudens open on Sundays...that's becoming rare. With friends, we had remarkably well-prepared and generous sweetbreads. The welcome was warm, the service a little slow (it was very busy), but the friendly owner kept us occupied by serving us a much-appreciated sparkling wine. Well done, a restaurant I gladly recommend.

22/03/2026: Excellent experience. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and impeccably clean. It was completely quiet. The toilet was separate from the bathroom. The breakfasts were excellent, featuring high-quality products at an exceptional price. I recommend this establishment 200%!

22/07/2026: While passing through Saint-Gaudens, we went to the pizzeria in the evening. The atmosphere was very friendly, the staff very welcoming, and the pizzas were original and excellent. We highly recommend this pizzeria.
