We arrived by chance with my friend and were warmly welcomed by the waitress, and then again at the end of our meal by the owners (husband and wife).
The place is very welcoming, clean, and quiet (at least that evening). The menu is very appealing, and the food is fresh and delicious.
We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant.
See you soon, Laurent

We needed a gourmet break, a chance to relax and indulge, and stopping at La Pyrène was an excellent choice. We savored sweetbreads with morel sauce and duck breast with foie gras and peach – wow, superb! A delight! Bravo to the whole team, keep up the wonderful service in your restaurant, which is as pleasant as it is welcoming. We'll be back as soon as we can. Looking forward to it!

By far the best restaurant in Saint-Gaudens. Very pleasant setting, friendly welcome, exceptional cuisine. I've been going to this restaurant every week for 10 years and I've never been disappointed. It's a sure thing.
