Hotel du Dauphine sur Chatillon-En-Diois

A pleasant restaurant in a charming village. Service provided by an efficient and quick young man despite the crowds.

A very charming hotel with lovely, very clean and comfortable rooms, and above all, a restaurant with delicious dishes. I enjoyed a lamb tagine from the Diois region, as well as lemon ravioli, and of course, let's not forget the desserts: the walnut tart and the homemade nougat glacé—a real treat! I'll be back, hoping to try the chocolate fondant next time! In addition, the medieval village of Châtillon is a designated botanical village, and you can easily take walks along the river or explore the surrounding forest with its waterfall. I should add that having lunch or dinner on the terrace while listening to the fountain is truly delightful!

A very pleasant little lunch break on our holiday road trip. The waitress was young but very professional and friendly. We ate very well, enjoying local products (ravioli, bread, ice cream). We highly recommend it.

The hotel is very well located, with free parking below, which is very convenient. The staff were welcoming. The room was spacious, traditionally styled, but clean.

Nice and functional rooms, a full and generous breakfast, a pleasant location right in the center of Châtillon. With plenty of shops nearby.
