Le Caveau

31/03/2024: I go there every time I pass through Marseille, with my children, the team is patient, welcoming and offers dishes adapted for them. Located in a lively area, near Notre Dame de la Majore Cathedral. The dishes are tasty and original. I recommend ;-)
27/02/2024: Very good restaurant in Châtillon en Diois. An appointment not to be missed, you will not be disappointed.

Hotel du Dauphine

23/09/2023: Very charming hotel with pretty, very clean and comfortable rooms and above all a restaurant with succulent dishes where I tasted a tajine with Diois lamb and also the lemon ravioli and of course let's not forget the desserts: the tart nuts and homemade frozen nougat: a treat! I will come back hoping to taste the chocolate fondant next time! In addition, the medieval village of Châtillon is classified as a botanical village and you can easily take walks along the river or discover the surrounding forest with its waterfall. I would add that lunch or dinner on the terrace while listening to the fountain is really pleasant!
13/08/2023: Friendly welcome in high season, despite record crowds in the village. The waitresses have a smile, The chef offers a very simple menu of 3 or 4 dishes of local origin and fresh produce; It offers superb Archiane trout (ultra local production) in tagine... with perfect cooking; frankly hats off chef!! The dessert is also homemade: I recommend the frozen nougat or the lemon tart: finally a restaurant that does not offer industrial desserts. In short, a very good time that I will repeat quickly. The price: fair, and even in my opinion interesting for the quality and this 100% local and well-cooked menu.
