Hotel Du Lac sur Saint-Plantaire

10/09/2026: A restaurant I stumbled upon quite by chance and honestly, I wasn't disappointed! Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by a very pleasant and responsive waiter, even without a reservation. At our request, we were seated inside in a room with incredible decor that transported us back in time, filled with objects from bygone eras, inviting us to linger. For an aperitif, we enjoyed a perfectly balanced and colorful non-alcoholic cocktail, simple yet elegant. The meat dishes were generous portions with a wide selection of sides and sauces. And the cherry on top, or should I say, in my case, the Nutella on the crepe was perfectly portioned, exactly as I requested. Just the right amount to appreciate the flavor of both the crepe and the chocolate. The coffee was also very good. To conclude our review, we can add that the waiter smelled wonderful. This is a restaurant I will return to without hesitation if my travels take me back to the area.
