la Gamelle sur Saint-Plantaire

I had a very good lunch at this restaurant. The food was delicious. The servers were very friendly. The setting with its lovely view is very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Excellent, nothing to complain about, tasty and friendly service

We came on a Sunday at lunchtime; I've been several times. It's perfect value for money. Beautiful setting, a well-stocked menu, and pleasant servers. We had a great time.

Ideal spot with a beautiful view for lunch. However, the steak tartare didn't live up to my expectations... far too fatty, the fat stuck to the fork.

A pleasant surprise: simple but well-prepared cuisine, quick and friendly service, reasonable prices, and a beautiful view of the lake. Everything you need for a great time.

Restaurant located opposite Fougères beach. We dined there twice on the terrace, admiring the sunset. A very friendly and attentive young team. The dishes and salads are good and well-presented. We'll try the pizzas next time. A very good selection of desserts, including crêpes, ice cream, and delicious fromage blanc. The interior and exterior decor is very tasteful. Beautiful place, good atmosphere, good food. Well done to the young team!

Incredible setting and location. Very pleasant and professional staff. I highly recommend it.

A very warm welcome. We came with three dogs and were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent, the portions generous, and the prices very reasonable. We highly recommend it. A big thank you to your entire team.

Had a delicious meal, great location.

A restaurant I stumbled upon quite by chance and honestly, I wasn't disappointed! Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by a very pleasant and responsive waiter, even without a reservation. At our request, we were seated inside in a room with incredible decor that transported us back in time, filled with objects from bygone eras, inviting us to linger. For an aperitif, we enjoyed a perfectly balanced and colorful non-alcoholic cocktail, simple yet elegant. The meat dishes were generous portions with a wide selection of sides and sauces. And the cherry on top, or should I say, in my case, the Nutella on the crepe was perfectly portioned, exactly as I requested. Just the right amount to appreciate the flavor of both the crepe and the chocolate. The coffee was also very good. To conclude our review, we can add that the waiter smelled wonderful. This is a restaurant I will return to without hesitation if my travels take me back to the area.
