From the welcome to the service to the rooms, everything was perfect!

Overall it's okay, when we arrived we found out that the restaurant was closed, we didn't notice it in the reservation portal, I think it's a shame... so we had to go out and find a nice brasserie, "Grand cafe de Strasbourg" , not exactly cheap but the location is an eye-catcher, was built around 1903, just great.

Personnel agréable et serviable, accès au spa dans le bâtiment neuf. Attention à la réservation du spa, assurez-vous qu'il a été mis en chauffe au moins 1h00 avant votre arrivée. Nous y sommes allés dans une eau à 31,5° et sommes sortis à 34,5°. Pas très agréable, mais un geste commercial a été effectué. Bon repas du midi à 18€, un samedi c'est rare.
