Hotel Kyriad Prestige Restaurant sur Montpellier

Not up to 4-star standards... the room wasn't particularly clean, there was no kettle or welcome kit. The extra pillow was yellow and had no cover. There were a few hairs in the bathroom. The toilet seat doesn't stay closed when you sit on it. Breakfast was good, but the cutlery was dirty (we're not talking about smudges, but food residue stuck to it), and the glass wasn't clean either. The common areas are nice, but the rooms are not worthy of a 4-star rating. Similarly, the smell at the hotel entrance wasn't very pleasant. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and helpful. For €140 a night, we'll stay somewhere else next time.
