Great! The pool is heated (around 30°C) in both the small and large sections, and there's a paddling pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a whirlpool, and a green space with a bouncy castle. All this for a very reasonable price.

Absolutely fantastic, thank you to the lifeguards and reception staff. They were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Thank you so much. A very pleasant experience.

The pool was almost spotless, clean, the floor was spotless, the water was a good temperature, and there were plenty of lifeguards. The problem was the tiles, which were very slippery. Having a knee replacement, I had to walk very carefully to avoid slipping. In fact, a woman nearly fell getting out of the shower. And lastly, the showers were scalding hot when I got in, but the water was cold when I got out. What's the issue? There weren't any more people there when I arrived than when I left.

One of, if not the best, swimming pools we've ever been to. We happily return every year. The facilities, changing rooms, and staff are very satisfactory. There are a few minor areas for improvement, but they don't detract from the enjoyment of going.

The facilities and staff are up to standard, the opening hours need to be reviewed, especially in winter, but the real problem is the prices. They are expensive in winter and extremely expensive in summer, which prevents the residents of Ambert from using them. I could post as many screenshots of public swimming pools as you like; you would see the difference is often double. Even in Paris, prices vary between €2.50 and €4 maximum. We will surely be told that this is to cover the lifeguards' costs, but it mainly shows a lack of support from the town hall or respect for the locals; otherwise, I would even volunteer to do this job myself. Offering advantageous rates to Ambert residents and different rates to tourists could be a solution that respects the local population.

The pool is always lovely, but I'm surprised to see green streaks on the walls at the deepest point. Algae? I've always seen this pool extremely clean, but it seems the recent heatwave has taken its toll.

A huge thank you to the entire team at the Ambert Livradois-Forez swimming pool for staying open all week during this heatwave. The fact that entry is free is a wonderful initiative that allows everyone to enjoy some relief from the heat. A great initiative, thank you! The pool is clean, as are the corridors and changing rooms. Everything is well-maintained and the staff is welcoming and helpful. We are fortunate to have such a large, clean, and renovated swimming pool. This isn't the case everywhere. It was a bit of a shame to see some young people lingering in the showers for a long time without even washing, when everyone should be more considerate, especially with the high temperatures and the risk of water shortages. Thank you again to the whole team for your hard work and dedication.

Water aerobics is fun and great for fitness. The swimming instructor is fantastic. The team has a great atmosphere. I've been doing it for 10 years.

The opening hours are very inconvenient for users. Only being open from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM on Fridays and only in the morning on Sundays severely limits access to the pool. This is regrettable for a public service that is supposed to be accessible to everyone. Longer opening hours would be appreciated.
