The place is cozy and charming, filled with all sorts of lovely little things... A bit timeless. 🤔🥰😇 It's like an "enchanted" cocoon. A must-try!
We have fond memories of the trompe-l'œil cakes, especially the Corsican mandarin. 😋😋😋 Today, it's something else entirely: travel cakes, shortbread cookies, pastries, brioche, meringue, old-fashioned macarons, and matchstick cookies... 😋😋 All excellent.
And then there's the daily special, delicious: fresh ingredients, perfect seasoning, beautiful presentation, and lovely floral plates. 🤩😍 Refined and perfectly balanced cuisine with a wonderful harmony of flavors. And let's not forget the magnificent fruit desserts and the chocolate. 😋😋
🎼🎶🎶 The jazzy background music is very pleasant and cool, just like everything else...
The welcome is so charming. 😀 What more could you ask for? We ❤️ it.

13/08/2026: Great! The pool is heated (around 30°C) in both the small and large sections, and there's a paddling pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a whirlpool, and a green space with a bouncy castle. All this for a very reasonable price.

I recommend this place.
The welcome, the service, and the speed were all pleasant.
Excellent value for money.
Simple cuisine to suit all tastes.
I was able to park nearby easily.

02/04/2026: A very pleasant stay at this hotel located in the center of Ambert. Room (10) is spacious with excellent bedding and a large bathroom.
Add to that a delicious restaurant and a warm welcome (despite what the naysayers might say).

26/07/2026: Absolutely unacceptable!
No one answered the phone, neither the morning before nor at noon, nor on the afternoon of our arrival, nor on the morning of our departure. Check-in was listed as 2 PM on the Logis hotel website and on Google. At 3:30 PM, it was closed with no indication of the closing time on the door. We had a reservation, yet someone finally opened the door at 5:20 PM, telling us we were lucky, that they didn't open until 6 PM. We were on our bikes, waiting in the thunderstorm, and she didn't even apologize. She gave us the keys, and we didn't see anyone again, not even the next morning when we left.
The rooms are adequate, nothing more.
01/06/2026: The hotel is ideally located: close to the historic center, next to the leisure park and the tourist train station. It has private parking, and a large parking lot is also located just a few meters away.
The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive to their guests.
The rooms are clean and well-equipped.
We had a very good dinner, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful.

01/07/2026: A friend introduced us to a takeaway meal from this establishment. It was a wonderful discovery and a beautifully prepared meal (fish stew), excellent in both quality and quantity.
We will definitely order from them again; I highly recommend them.

31/08/2024: We found the door closed. Closure for vacation not reported on the internet. Very unpleasant when we were accompanied by a 96 year old person!
