We had an exceptional stay from start to finish. This amazing family-run hotel truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was lovely, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the town of Châtel, a perfect place to relax and take in the views. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options including fresh pastries, eggs, seasonal fruit, and excellent coffee. The location is ideal for skiing, with a bus stopping right outside the hotel that takes you directly to the main lifts, and on the return journey picks you up from the town centre and brings you straight back outside the hotel. We’ve had a truly wonderful week and couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. A perfect base for a memorable stay in Châtel!
