08/04/2026: So glad I introduced my teenager to Crepy. A warm welcome: mulled wine on the sunny terrace, then lunch inside, a feast for the eyes. Very generous portions, served quickly. The waiter and waitress were very friendly. Definitely an address to remember! We'll be back.

04/04/2026: We are extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this restaurant, which we have frequented for many years. From the moment we arrived, the waitress made no effort to help us access the terrace or find a table for three. Even worse, we were reprimanded three times without any valid reason: first, supposedly because we were blocking the way (which wasn't the case); second, simply because I asked other customers if they could signal us when they left—which, according to her, was unacceptable; and third, for a simple request about a lack of salad dressing. We were also told there were no more seats available, even though the dining room was practically empty. This gives the impression of very disorganized management. We knew this establishment when it wasn't self-service, and we can clearly see a significant decline today, both in terms of quality and service, as well as the staff's attitude. It's all the more regrettable because we had recommended this restaurant to friends who were with us that day, and they had made a reservation. Unfortunately, this experience was very embarrassing for us. We certainly won't be returning.

01/12/2025: Either we went on a bad night, or the reviews are misleading; I don't recommend it. The prices are higher than elsewhere (€30 for a fondue)! The restaurant was indeed open for dinner on November 1st.

10/03/2026: If you're looking for a cozy getaway in the heart of winter, the Hotel Macchi is a dream come true. The rooms retain the charming mountain style we love, and they're spotless to boot. A huge thank you to the kitchen staff for spoiling us so much, to the ski equipment manager for his invaluable advice, and to the rest of the staff—it was so pleasant to return to them after a day on the slopes, where kindness and attentiveness always awaited us. 02/04/2026: Delicious crepes. Reasonably priced. Great views. Really impressed by the customer service. The waitress remembered everyone's order (group of 8) and the proprietor came to check that we had enjoyed everything. We hadn't realised that we had stayed beyond closing time, but they did not hurry us out. We were made to feel very welcome.

The main course was meager, there wasn't even a local beer, and the desserts were incredibly basic: fromage blanc, crepes, ice cream, and a chocolate fondant for €9.50. This isn't home cooking, for goodness' sake! The dining room is pleasant, but it's difficult to do everything yourself, from the welcome to the service and the cooking, while using high-quality, carefully selected ingredients. It's better to look for another restaurant. What a shame...

22/03/2026: Everything was a delight! We commend the waiter for his dedication in managing everything single-handedly and in such a relaxed manner. We were taken care of immediately, served promptly, and even learned the story behind the traditional Berthoud, which I highly recommend. The 5 stars are well deserved for the food, service, and atmosphere. Moreover, the prices are reasonable. Bravo! 👏🏼

11/03/2026: To give you an idea of ​​when to call: during peak season at the end of February, I called at 7:15 PM, and the first available pickup was at 9:00 PM. I had a friendly chat with the two team members present during pickup; they were working hard to deliver great pizzas!
