Hotel Mercure Restaurant sur Bourg-En-Bresse

Quiet hotel in the city Spacious and pleasant room No explanation of the menus and the welcome drink which is chargeable in the end ???? Not cool for silver members One more comment and I won't come back

We spent a night in the mercury. Everything started well until we got back to the restaurant. Supposedly the restaurant was owned by a chef with international experience. I ordered a poultry supreme. Being allergic to gluten, I was offered to make a pesto supreme. Finally I was served a supreme with gluten which I declined. After 20 minutes I was served a supreme overcooked in butter with vegetables full of butter... an inedible and extremely fatty dish that I did not finish. I honestly wonder where the boss was that night.

It's all said in the phrase "It's a second home for me". Conviviality, spacious and pleasant room, dishes from the Chanteclerc restaurant at the top
