Hotel Mercure Restaurant sur Bourg-En-Bresse

Pleasant and quiet hotel. Very good restaurant. Dogs are very welcome.

I was very satisfied with the welcome and the perfect booking. There was a small issue with my reservation, but a solution was found with great understanding. I regularly travel to Mercure hotels in France, and it's always a very good experience. Thank you again.

Small hotel on the outskirts of town. Small but clean room. Surprisingly, there are no Privilege rooms at this Mercure. Free parking. The restaurant is quiet. I had a seafood salad. The chicken was very/too cold and not very tender.

Charming welcome, pleasant room, but with a bathtub; I would have preferred a shower. Booked with a Wonderbox voucher for a superior room including breakfast and dinner for two. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, but the amenities in the room were not what we expected: one 50cl bottle of water for two people, only one cup in the bathroom for rinsing our mouths, and just one herbal tea as a welcome gift. For dinner, we chose a starter and main course or main course and dessert. The gravlax, foie gras, and fish were of good quality, but the presentation wasn't great—some motorway service station restaurants present it better! The generous breakfast with plenty of choice somewhat redeemed the experience. In conclusion, the Mercure hotel in Bourg-en-Bresse doesn't make us want to return, except perhaps for the comfortable beds and the quiet atmosphere.

We stayed one night during our trip to the ski slopes. The staff is young, smiling, friendly, and very attentive to guests. Our little dog was pampered (food, bed, and water...). We dined at the hotel restaurant, and it was particularly noteworthy. Local produce and delicious recipes with quality wines at reasonable prices. We highly recommend this place!

The phrase "It's a second home to me" says it all. Friendly atmosphere, spacious and comfortable room, and excellent food at the Chanteclerc restaurant.

Hotel located at the entrance to the city coming from the highway. Friendly staff. Restaurant with cabbage and the food offered is of good quality.
