We stayed one night during our trip to the ski slopes. The staff is young, smiling, friendly, and very attentive to guests. Our little dog was pampered (food, bed, and water...). We dined at the hotel restaurant, and it was particularly noteworthy. Local produce and delicious recipes with quality wines at reasonable prices. We highly recommend this place!

The phrase "It's a second home to me" says it all. Friendly atmosphere, spacious and comfortable room, and excellent food at the Chanteclerc restaurant.

Despite an overall decent stay, the general condition of the hotel and the welcome from the team on Monday morning, especially the young girl at reception, did not live up to the expectations associated with a four-star hotel in the Mercure chain.

01/02/2026: The welcome was pleasant, the main course quite decent, however the ice cream scoop must have been expired (tasteless and rubbery). Despite my comment, they ignored it and charged me for it even though I hadn't eaten it – not very customer-friendly. The setting must be lovely in the summer, but in winter the view of the neglected terrace is rather unpleasant. A shame.
