Thank you for a wonderful time spent in this incredible hotel with such incredible decor. The staff is very pleasant. Breakfast offers a very wide choice. Next time we will try the restaurant with one star. A huge THANK YOU

The art deco style hotel is one of a kind if you like style and very friendly staff. However the decor is dated, there is no kettle/coffee/tea in the rooms, the soundproofing is poor so you can hear the noise from the other rooms and in the corridor, the bedroom door is very heavy and difficult to open, and the breakfast is disappointing: a very modest buffet and only open… from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.! Not very comfortable when on vacation.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at this hotel's restaurant and we had a great evening! The staff is really very professional without overdoing it and very friendly! As for the cooking, we had a blast!! We highly recommend this place!! Thank you to the entire radio team for this great time!

This hotel, steeped in history, has undergone extensive renovations over the years. While the rooms may feel a bit dated, the management makes a commendable effort to keep everything in good condition. Inside this old establishment, you’ll find historical features, notably the antique elevator. This small, manually operated lift is so compact that it can accommodate only two large suitcases at a time. And it's funny that we have to carry walk up the stairs to the second floor to collect our luggage. The locks on the doors are traditional, requiring old-fashioned keys instead of modern key cards. While this might lack convenience, it adds a certain charm that we appreciated. We chose to embrace the hotel's history rather than complain about its quirks. Despite its age, the hotel is well-maintained, with clean rooms and bathrooms. Located just outside Clermont-Ferrand, the hotel is adjacent to the Royatonic thermal spa center. The staff were incredibly kind, even offering to let us use our own towels for the spa, helping us save on rental fees. Some of the hotel staff are older, yet they remain polite, efficient, and helpful. We observed them working in the restaurant late at night and then again in the morning, diligently cleaning and assisting in the kitchen. Overall, this hotel is a delightful choice for those wanting to experience the essence of a historical city. I highly recommend trying their Michelin-starred restaurant as well! 😋

I come back to this establishment from time to time and it is always a real pleasure. The sommelier is extraordinary, passionate and the cuisine refined. A magnificent team. Thanks again for the welcome. ❤️

Chambre simple et confortable TEMPO 125,00€/nuit pour 2 ( non climatisée, belle vue sur la ville et au-delà ) plus petit déjeuner à 16€/pers : le pain et les viennoiseries n’étaient pas bons mais tout le reste oui : jus orange pressé , fromages locaux et jambons , oeuf , laitage , fruits frais … Au restaurant de l’hôtel : menu d’août : 94€ ,1 eau minérale 8€ ,1/2 vin rouge Menetou SalonD. pellé 35€ Mise en bouche : 3 petits consommés Entrée très fraiche : tomate , sorbet tomate basilic , avocat , fenouil , herbes et bouillon végétal au Xérès Lotte au piment d’Espelette , aubergine marinée poivron et crémeux de joue de Lotte Côte d’agneau et collier agneau confit avec semoule courgettes menthe vinaigre de cerise et marmelade CHARIOT de fromages locaux : un choix fabuleux et excellent Pêche et biscuit baba et vanille ou chocolat : un peu moins à notre goût les deux desserts ! Infusion verveine menthe 6,50€ Chariot de mignardises… Cuisine inventive , parfumée , nous nous sommes régalés Service professionnel et sympathique Excellente Etape !

Table de très belle qualité. Langoustines d'une parfaite fraicheur et bien mises en scène. Turbot magnifiquement préparé et cuisiné à la perfection. Desserts savoureux et parfumés. Belle bouteille de Condrieu de Christophe Pichon à prix raisonnable. En outre, la chambre de l'hôtel est très fonctionnelle pour terminer sereinement la soirée.
