Gift voucher with the Menu of the Month! We came as a couple, arriving with a view of Clermont-Ferrand, and received a superb welcome at reception. We appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the staff without being intrusive, the suggested wine pairings, the spacing between tables allowing for conversation without disturbing others, the restaurant's decor, and of course, the menu... well done, Chef! A wide selection of cheeses! We were stuffed by the petit fours! A place to discover if you're visiting Auvergne... and it's in the Michelin Guide! Best of luck to the team.

The hotel is located near Royat in a narrow alley in a busy area. The rooms are newly renovated and in very good condition, the bathrooms are new, and the building has retained its Art Nouveau charm. The location isn't particularly attractive, consisting only of streets and no green space. However, the train station is just around the corner.

Every time, it's a pleasure and an emotional experience, whether alone, with friends, or for a birthday.
The chef and his kitchen team are true artists of flavor and presentation, and their work is beautifully complemented by the front-of-house staff, who combine elegance and kindness in a consistently impeccable service.

My review concerns the restaurant. We ate extremely well. However, we ordered a Côtes d'Auvergne from the wine list for €35, but the bill came to €65… be careful with the prices.
