Very well located the rooms are very spacious

The hotel from the outside is beautiful and is located very centrally. The spa was not working when we arrived but they compensated us, after I claimed it upon departure, with a discount. The first day the pool worked the water was freezing, then it got better. The rooms and facilities in general are old and not very well preserved, the bed is terrible, the heating, according to them for ecological reasons, does not exceed 19. The room, in the middle of winter, you can imagine how warm it is not. Breakfast is normal but you have to keep asking them to refill what is gone all the time. In short, it is not bad for a few days but it is not worth what it costs. Ps. It has a bar but you will never see anyone serving in it....

Charming hotel very well located in Obernai with parking. The bedding is great, the rooms are clean in an Alsatian atmosphere… Surprisingly, a grain coffee machine at reception with cappuccino tea, espresso freely available at any time for free... things that are no longer done much in hotels... And friendly and welcoming staff. It’s an address that we won’t forget when we return to the area.

We were there during Noel. The location was very amazing. There is a pool inside. The room was small and they can improve cleaning.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, well located near the city center while being quiet, pleasant staff, nice free parking, excellent breakfast... Really great.

Room with slippery stairs to go to the bathroom and slippery bathtub since the shower is in the bathtub....not very comfortable for people of a certain age. Staff who need to learn how to receive customers... disappointed

As for the restaurant, it is quite simply worthy of the best restaurants both in terms of cuisine and staff there too. Ideally located and quiet, you will definitely have a wonderful time there.
