A warm welcome, a very luxurious hotel, and a top-notch spa.

Delightful stay with very accommodating staff. Excellent location, only issue is walk from bus to hotel, but that is the new policy mandated by the city to limit busses in the old town

It was a very pleasant stay. Every morning we went swimming in the fantastic pool, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The free water and coffee available around the clock was also a nice touch.

Hotel just a few meters from the center of Obernai, in a small courtyard with ample parking. Very charming, we loved it. Coffee, tea, and water were available throughout the hotel. The pool area was lovely, with bathrobes, towels, and slippers provided. The room had a kettle and a TV on a rotating tray. The only downside to our stay was the breakfast... varied, with quality products, but no bread was replenished except for baguettes... normally from 7 to 10 am, but after 8:45 am there was very little bread available.

This is a very good hotel with standard amenities for a 4-star spa hotel. Consider checking in an hour earlier if you want to enjoy the spa in a more intimate setting. The only thing missing is a bar, which is currently closed, for a quiet drink before or after dinner. Its location in the historic center is excellent. I recommend it.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we were definitely not disappointed. Having visited Obernai several times over the years and stayed in many hotels, this is the one we like best.

The hotel is very well located, the pool and spa area is very clean, the room was large with a lovely bathroom, the bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. In short, I recommend this place.
