Hotel Restaurant a la Cour d'Alsace sur Obernai

Room with slippery stairs to go to the bathroom and slippery bathtub since the shower is in the bathtub....not very comfortable for people of a certain age. Staff who need to learn how to receive customers... disappointed

Spacious and comfortable rooms, well located near the city center while being quiet, pleasant staff, nice free parking, excellent breakfast... Really great.

The rooms are spacious, pretty and have all the necessary comfort with multiple amenities. Breakfast is simply a buffet with an incredible choice with delicious products. As for the restaurant, it is quite simply worthy of the best restaurants both in terms of cuisine and staff there too. Ideally located and quiet, you will definitely have a wonderful time there. Très belle soirée (comme d'habitude) ! Accueil très chaleureux et professionnel par Sébastien qui répond présent depuis 26 ans : grand merci ! Le chef nous a fait découvrir des plats sans comparaison et décorés avec originalité. Merci à Sandrine qui est toujours là pour répondre à nos réservations.

The Nicolas suite is very spacious and very clean, the staff is pleasant and polite... The pool is warm and spotless.. The fruits and pastries are a delight. For my part, there are no negative points...

Nice place to stay, clean and nice wellness center, breakfast was too expensive (25 euro/person)

Le personnel est très sympa et le cadre agréable. J’ai dégusté un menu « affaire » entrée, plat et dessert. J’ai trouvé l’entrée et le plat , un peu « quelconque » bien exécutés et en même temps sans trop de saveurs , sans trop de goût. Le dessert était en revanche très bon. Je trouve le rapport qualité/prix en désaccord du coup avec la prestation réalisée ce jour-là.

An excellent establishment, I recommend it without hesitation, we were very well received, the breakfast is great, it is very clean, and the wellness area is very pretty, the hammam was broken, but you have to be understanding, that can happen, but as the rest is very good, we found happiness there
