Hotel Restaurant Beysang sur Chatenois

A wonderful surprise! Passing through, we stopped at this restaurant, and what a pleasant surprise it was! The dishes are simple yet delicious. The service was quick, incredibly friendly, and attentive. We were welcomed with delicious creamy soups, followed by tartiflette with Munster cheese, and finally, blueberry tart. A real treat in a truly unique setting—go and see for yourself! 😉 I highly recommend it!

I spent three wonderful weeks at the Beysang. The rooms are fantastic, very cozy, and the food is simply incredible. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Thank you to the owner for her wonderful hospitality!

A wonderful hotel restaurant in Châtenois with a warm, home‑like atmosphere. The impressive collection of teddy bears 🧸 gives the place a unique and charming character. Very friendly staff and a welcoming hostess - you feel genuinely well taken care of. We started with foie gras and toasted bread, paired with a Porto aperitif over ice - excellent. For the main course, I had Poulet au Riesling with Spätzle, perfectly cooked and flavorful, paired with a lovely Pinot Gris. My companion ordered the escalope de veau, also very good. No place for dessert after all 🫣, but the espresso was outstanding - thick, aromatic, rich. The place gets busy, so reservations are recommended - we were lucky to get a table on Sunday. Cozy, authentic Alsatian cuisine and hospitality. Highly recommended😍

The service was terribly rude (not from the staff, though, but the owner was something else...), but the food was decent. Nothing fancy, but filling. Fair value for money.

Third visit. I love the family atmosphere, the food is delicious, and the service is impeccable. Last night, I had salt beef, crudités, and sautéed potatoes... a real treat! I love the teddy bear Christmas tree 😍
