Hotel Restaurant Beysang sur Chatenois

We spent two nights in this superb, typically Alsatian hotel. The welcome was exceptional, and the room was perfect for four people (the bathroom was spacious and clean). On our first evening, we ate at the hotel restaurant; it was delicious, fresh, and the desserts were homemade—what more could you ask for? The staff and the owner are wonderful; it was a pleasure chatting with her. We had a lovely time and will gladly return for another stay.

We had lunch at the restaurant and it was absolutely excellent. Traditional, homemade cuisine – a lovely surprise! ☺️

I spent three wonderful weeks at the Beysang. The rooms are fantastic, very cozy, and the food is simply incredible. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Thank you to the owner for her wonderful hospitality!

A wonderful surprise! Passing through, we stopped at this restaurant, and what a pleasant surprise it was! The dishes are simple yet delicious. The service was quick, incredibly friendly, and attentive. We were welcomed with delicious creamy soups, followed by tartiflette with Munster cheese, and finally, blueberry tart. A real treat in a truly unique setting—go and see for yourself! 😉 I highly recommend it!
