Château de Creissels. Absolutely Loved It! Some places just have it all, and this is one of them. The hosts are genuinely welcoming, warm, attentive, the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve been coming here for years. The restaurant is something else. The chef really knows what they’re doing, and the view from the table makes the whole thing even better. We stayed way longer than planned, which says it all really. Breakfast was great too, nothing to complain about there. The hotel itself is a proper gem. Loads of character, comfortable, and with that kind of atmosphere you can’t really manufacture. It just feels like a special place. We will definitely return!

We stayed one night as a stopover before continuing our journey through the south of France. The welcome was very warm, both at the hotel and in its restaurant. The staff were truly courteous and attentive, which we particularly appreciated, especially with three very excited children after a long drive. We booked the large, historic room, which is in dire need of a complete renovation, especially the bathroom. The same goes for the hotel's common areas. The swimming pool is very small and was closed for the season. The parking lot is large enough for all occupants, provided they respect the rules of courtesy. During our visit, some people thought it wise to park across several spaces, even blocking electrical outlets. Just because someone owns a yellow Ferrari doesn't give them carte blanche! In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, there's nothing particularly interesting; it's rather gray and dreary, so you have to get back in the car. Fortunately, the friendliness and warm welcome of the staff brightened things up.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was simple but enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was dinner each evening, the staff and the food was superb. We visited Oct/Nov. Highly recommend!
