Disappointed by the value for money. The lamb chops were very fatty, and the sauces and the aligot didn't seem homemade. Not a disaster, but I expected better for the price. On the other hand, a positive point for the waitress, who was attentive and responsive throughout the meal, which made the experience more pleasant overall.

By chance, I stumbled upon this magnificent restaurant, tastefully decorated by the owner who also manages the reception and service. The quality of my meal was impeccable. 24/05/2026: Château de Creissels. Absolutely Loved It! Some places just have it all, and this is one of them. The hosts are genuinely welcoming, warm, attentive, the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve been coming here for years. The restaurant is something else. The chef really knows what they’re doing, and the view from the table makes the whole thing even better. We stayed way longer than planned, which says it all really. Breakfast was great too, nothing to complain about there. The hotel itself is a proper gem. Loads of character, comfortable, and with that kind of atmosphere you can’t really manufacture. It just feels like a special place. We will definitely return!
