A sure bet in Millau Creissels. The interior is very attractive, and this restaurant also boasts a lovely terrace. The food is high-quality, beautifully presented, and well-prepared. The service is very attentive. The value for money is perfect. A large parking lot nearby makes it easy to get there. I highly recommend it.

Disappointed by the value for money. The lamb chops were very fatty, and the sauces and the aligot didn't seem homemade. Not a disaster, but I expected better for the price. On the other hand, a positive point for the waitress, who was attentive and responsive throughout the meal, which made the experience more pleasant overall.

24/05/2026: Château de Creissels. Absolutely Loved It! Some places just have it all, and this is one of them. The hosts are genuinely welcoming, warm, attentive, the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve been coming here for years. The restaurant is something else. The chef really knows what they’re doing, and the view from the table makes the whole thing even better. We stayed way longer than planned, which says it all really. Breakfast was great too, nothing to complain about there. The hotel itself is a proper gem. Loads of character, comfortable, and with that kind of atmosphere you can’t really manufacture. It just feels like a special place. We will definitely return!
