Hotel Restaurant Collin sur Ferrette

A great discovery with an exceptional welcome and great care. The rooms are very pleasant and the food is divinely good in the restaurant.

Very good establishment, very good dishes. However, the boss was a little curt with her apprentice, in front of the customers, even though he was pleasant and professional. It's a shame and unprofessional of her. Apart from that I recommend.

Une belle adresse à Ferrette. Le service est franchement sympathique, chaleureux et souriant. La friture de carpes (à volonté !) est très bonne. Foie gras délicieux. Un petit bémol sur le carpaccio de boeuf qui manque d'assaisonnement. Le suprème de poulet au chorizo est un délice. Desserts au top. Le cadre n'a rien d'exceptionnel mais l'ambiance y est vraiment chaleureuse. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée chez Collin !

Delighted with this stopover. The establishment is very well located, parking nearby. The welcome is very friendly. Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The restaurant is also very good. I recommend.
