We spent one night in a Comfort room during a trip to discover the Michelin-starred restaurant. Excellent value for money considering the amenities. The room was very pleasant and well-equipped, impeccably clean, and the breakfast buffet was very generous. It was a real bonus to be able to stay in the same hotel as our dining experience! A little tip: book directly on the hotel's website. The amenities are clearly listed, and there are different booking options with or without cancellation. The rates are no higher than on Booking.com and other booking platforms (which constantly threaten you with the last available room to pressure you into booking immediately, making you believe the price is more competitive...!).

Lovely hotel very centrally located in Chalons-en-Champagne. Rooms were updated, very pleasant and functional. But the highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the Restaurant Jérôme Feck. My wife and I had one of the finest meals we can ever remember having, highlighted at the end for me by the Pavlova for desert which was an explosion of delicious flavors. We would return just to experience that again.

Good and bad!
We had reserved a parking space with a charging station: located in a backyard, wedged between a wall, an access ramp cluttered with planters, and a poorly parked pickup truck, we had to move the planters to gain access to our space, which was still charged €36 (including charging).
The room, on the other hand, was elegantly decorated and warm, with a beautiful bathroom, bathrobes, a nice range of toiletries, good bedding, and quality linens; unfortunately, the person who prepared it lacked control: the bulb in the magnifying mirror burned out, the TV remote control was missing, the closet light didn't work, and three coffee capsules (2 or 4, but not 3!). A shame.
For dinner, we would have liked to eat in chef Jérôme Feck's Michelin-starred restaurant, but he imposes two menus with starters, fish, and meat, which for us, both over 75, is too much for the evening. And there's no option to eat à la carte! So we fell back on the bistro, which was packed, even though there were obviously not many people in the Michelin-starred restaurant! We dined there in a noisy atmosphere, even uncomfortable for my hard-of-hearing wife: tasty starters, especially the langoustines and white pudding accompanied by an excellent light sauce. The main courses were less convincing, served on soup plates laden with overly rich sauces.
Breakfast the next day was served in the beautifully furnished gourmet dining room (but with frescoes more likely to be seen in Courchevel or a yacht club, depending on whether you recognize a slalom course, the Olympic rings, or a regatta!). It was quite pleasant, but still charged €18. For two people, that's a third of the price of the room, which was very reasonably priced.
In short, a mixed impression.
