This hotel is perfect for discovering the environment of this city despite my good experience I find that this hotel is part of a type of temporary hotel (appreciable hotel but not for an entire vacation)

Prima hotel restaurant! Veel aandacht voor de originele uitstraling. Mooi in de Jura. Keuken is uitstekend origineel maar degelijk. Voor een top beleving ! Een of meerdere nachten

A very authentic hotel. A lot of attention has been paid to the original appearance. The restaurant room is beautiful. Patron has now reached the age of the very wise. But still "in charge". Kitchen is good, everything fresh. . In short, an experience with passionate hoteliers!

We were a group of 14 roaming cyclists. Warm welcome from hoteliers, professional to the core. Top-notch rooms and bedding. Refined meals and breakfasts. Provision of a significant bicycle storage room To recommend

15/08/2024: Gentillesse et simplicité de l'accueil . Terrasse agréable et au calme , service fluide et agréable. Repas excellent : le carpaccio melon /saumon/mozarella est à tomber (dixit mon mari ) . le bar sur rhubarbe est un vrai délice ! Cuisson parfaite...et je suis pénible ! Les accompagnements sont frais et l'assiette copieuse. La farandole des desserts est excellente avec mention pour la panacotta cerise dont la texture est top (je ne suis pas fan et j'ai adoré !) et pour la crème brûlée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

07/12/2024: Arrival at the opening, very fast and professional service. The dishes are excellent, the presentation of them is sophisticated and very well finished. As pretty on the plate as in the mouth
08/09/2024: We just had a very pleasant welcome coffee there. And above all, big surprise when entering inside with very high 19th century ceilings, very beautiful and which we see less and less!!!!
